Fright Night is our choice for the best Annie skin. The gray-and-purple palette, unnerving schoolgirl, and stitched bear all support the same creepy-cartoon idea. Super Galaxy is the strongest alternative for a player who would rather summon a giant robot, while Cafe Cuties turns Tibbers into a wonderfully overdressed candy bear.
Tibbers deserves as much attention as Annie’s outfit. A dress or hairstyle may win you over in the shop, but the bear can determine whether the whole theme works. This ranking favors skins that give both characters a convincing role, backed by documented cosmetic features where Riot has provided them.
There are 19 nondefault parent skins in Riot’s Data Dragon 16.17.1 Annie record, checked September 5, 2026. That includes Pandemonium and Goth Annie Modern. The latter is a separate catalog entry, though it closely resembles the original Goth skin, so we compare the pair together. Chromas, Classic-only content, and base Annie are not additional ranked picks. Riot’s Annie gallery supplies the official art.
The full Annie skin ranking
The order is editorial, not a test of attack timing or competitive strength. We inspected the official artwork and checked Riot’s feature announcements; we are not claiming to have played matches with every skin. Any quoted price below is a dated announcement, not a verified current client offer.
Start with these five
1. Fright Night Annie makes both characters unsettling

Fright Night does not need to cover the screen in red to look threatening. Annie’s neat collar and braids belong to an ordinary school outfit, but her purple eyes and expression make that innocence suspicious. Tibbers has a button eye, visible stitching, and enormous claws. The contrast between a homemade toy and a dangerous creature is the point.
Riot’s Fright Night development post announced new models, textures, visual and sound effects, and a recall, at a historical PBE price of 1,350 RP. The cosmetic changes extend beyond Annie’s outfit to the spells and sounds you will encounter throughout a match.
The limited palette is why Fright Night edges out Pandemonium. Purple has a clear job against gray fabric and pale skin; it draws attention to the supernatural details without making every surface equally bright. This is our strongest all-around design, particularly if you like Annie as a creepy child rather than a cheerful mascot.
Skip it if you want the bear to look friendly. Cafe Cuties commits just as thoroughly to the opposite mood, and Super Galaxy replaces the stuffed-toy horror with machinery.
2. Super Galaxy Annie lets Tibbers be a giant robot

Super Galaxy gives Annie equipment that explains the bear. The wrist devices, fitted red suit, bright hair, and projected little robot make her look like a young pilot or technician. Tibbers follows through with plated limbs, a mechanical jaw, and luminous blue components.
It is a more complete machine fantasy than simply putting metal armor on a normal bear. That makes it our first recommendation for sci-fi fans, ahead of Hextech’s older-fashioned brass and leather. The price of that transformation is the loss of the soft toy. If the contrast between a little girl and her teddy bear is your favorite part of Annie, Fright Night preserves it better.
Use a reasonably recent preview. Riot included Super Galaxy in the cleanup accompanying Annie’s Patch 10.3 visual-effects update. Its original 2017 footage is not the whole history of its spell presentation. In a comparison, pay particular attention to the summoned robot, not just the hologram pictured in the splash.
3. Cafe Cuties Annie has the best comic Tibbers

The bear wins this one. Pink candy, a curled mustache, a cravat, and an absurdly formal jacket turn Tibbers into a confectionery butler. Annie’s frilled apron, pink hair, and floating pastries give him a setting that makes sense.
That is a better use of cute styling than Sweetheart’s general collection of hearts. Cafe Cuties assigns the characters roles and follows the idea through the little handheld bear as well. It earns third place because the joke still works when you stop looking at Annie’s dress.
Riot’s Cafe Cuties thread confirms model and texture changes plus new effects, sounds, and a recall. Compare the spells separately from the candy-bear design; the illustration’s floating pastries are not a gameplay demonstration.
Choose this for sugary comedy. Anyone who wants Annie to remain threatening should look at Fright Night or Pandemonium instead; the polite candy bear is deliberately the attraction here.
4. Pandemonium Annie is colorful horror, not subtle horror

Pandemonium changes the impression of Annie’s face more aggressively than Fright Night. Glowing orange eyes sit against a dark face beneath white hair, and the teddy bear is bright orange with green accents. The surrounding colors are vivid enough to make the scene feel feverish rather than gloomy.
Riot’s Pandemonium PBE thread lists custom models and textures, visual effects, sound effects, and custom animation work including the recall. Riot’s Patch 26.9 notes set the release for April 29, 2026, so this is released content rather than an upcoming PBE pick.
It finishes fourth because the intense color competes with Annie’s expression instead of framing it as neatly as Fright Night does. That may be precisely what you want. Pick Pandemonium if a gray haunted-house style seems too quiet and you want Annie herself, not only Tibbers, to look overtly supernatural.
5. Panda Annie keeps the bear recognizable

Panda is an uncomplicated good idea: change the species of bear. The black ears and eye patches make Tibbers recognizable as a panda, while Annie’s orange outfit and rounded hair ornaments fit the celebratory scene. The giant grin keeps the bear from looking harmless.
Compared with Cafe Cuties, there is less visual explanation to process. It is a panda, not a candy butler. That simplicity makes it a strong choice when you want a playful skin without elaborate machinery, formalwear, or horror styling.
Lunar Beast is the closest alternative. Panda puts the animal first; Lunar Beast puts more emphasis on a modern festival outfit and an armored guardian. We give Panda the narrow lead because changing Tibbers’ species is the cleaner central idea.
Seven alternatives with a specific reason to choose them
6. Lunar Beast Annie adds fireworks to the festival outfit

Lunar Beast is the more contemporary festival skin. The sneakers, jacket, and bright horn ornaments suit Annie’s energetic pose, while Tibbers looks like an imposing guardian with an armored face. It gives both characters a different costume without changing the familiar orange emphasis as drastically as Fright Night.
The development history adds a useful reason to preview the spells. Riot’s Lunar Beast post announced a refreshed model, effects, sounds, and recall; its post-PBE update specifically added firework particles to Disintegrate (Q) and Summon: Tibbers (R).
Pick Lunar Beast over Panda if the streetwear appeals more than the animal swap. If you already own an orange-heavy Annie skin, compare how different the effects look to you before making this your second one.
7. Winterblessed Annie goes for a fairy-tale winter

Winterblessed is the winter skin for someone who wants a princess, not a snow-day outfit. The small crown, blue bow, and elaborate bear armor make the pair ceremonial. Cold blue and violet lighting connects Annie’s magic to Tibbers’ mouth and eyes in the artwork.
Riot’s Winterblessed announcement lists custom models, textures, visual effects, sound effects, and a recall, with a historical 1,350 RP PBE price. Preview that complete package against Frostfire’s simpler white-bear design. Winterblessed ranks higher for the richer costume, but the added ornament is not automatically an improvement if you prefer a straightforward polar bear.
8. Hextech Annie favors brass and leather over sleek armor

Hextech makes Annie look like an inventor surrounded by her own equipment. The straps and brass hardware carry into Tibbers’ bulky joints, producing a more workshop-built machine than Super Galaxy’s sci-fi robot. That distinction is the reason to choose it, not the difficulty of collecting it.
Its acquisition history needs care. Riot listed Hextech Annie in the Mythic Shop at 100 Mythic Essence in Patch 12.6, then at 125 in a 2024 rotation announcement. Neither old listing establishes today’s price or rotation. Check the current shop before setting aside a currency balance for it.
9. Reverse Annie needs no elaborate explanation

Annie wears the bear costume. Tibbers wears Annie’s clothes. Reverse has one idea, and it is immediately funny because the two characters trade appearances rather than one receiving all the decoration.
It beats several prettier costumes for committing to the relationship between the pair. The bear is still huge and toothy under that purple dress. Choose Reverse if Cafe Cuties seems overdesigned and a costume-swap joke is enough.
10. Annie-Versary makes Teemo the punch line

Annie-Versary is for players who enjoy League making fun of itself. The enormous Teemo-like bear, little Teemo toy, and Annie’s celebratory outfit give the familiar summon a mascot-sized joke. Reverse is more universal; Annie-Versary gets funnier if Teemo already means something to you.
Riot’s 2019 anniversary gift announcement lists the skin as the day-11 reward alongside its border and icon. That is a historical event unlock, not a present-day free-skin offer. Existing owners have a good comedy option already; new players should verify a legitimate current route rather than following a seven-year-old mission guide.
11. Battle Princess Annie gives Tibbers royal duties

Battle Princess is strongest when the armor meets the tea set. Annie looks thoroughly unimpressed in her chair while a huge, ornate Tibbers serves her. The bear’s luminous green components and broad helmet make him an excessive bodyguard for such a small royal.
Riot confirmed a custom model-and-effects package, sound effects, and a new recall in the Battle Princess PBE thread, which announced 1,350 RP in 2024. We prefer Winterblessed’s more unified cold-weather fantasy, but Battle Princess has the better domestic joke. Compare the bear itself if you are choosing between the two.
12. FrankenTibbers Annie keeps the monster costumes simple

FrankenTibbers has the most recognizable classic-monster pairing. Annie’s high hair and white streak complement the bear’s flat head, bolts, and heavy coat. It is more costume-party horror than Fright Night’s stitched-toy world.
Riot’s Patch 10.3 notes also document recolored effects to match this skin. That gives it more to check than its old splash alone. Choose it for the traditional monster references; Fright Night is the stronger recommendation if you want a less familiar visual style.
Goth Annie Modern and Goth Annie: ranks 13 and 14

These are separate entries in Riot’s current catalog, not two unrelated character concepts. Both official images show Annie hugging a dark bear amid violet energy, with a huge spectral Tibbers behind her. The Modern version changes visible clothing colors, including cooler blue-striped sleeves and a darker headband.
We put Modern narrowly ahead because the blue stripes separate the arms from the purple surroundings. That is a small palette preference. If you own Goth already, decide whether those differences are worth anything to you before considering another unlock. Fright Night offers a much larger change within the creepy-child theme.
There is also an important naming trap. Riot’s Classic Collector’s Box listing separately names the Goth Annie Modern skin and the Classic Annie (Founder’s Goth) Classic chroma. The page says Classic skins and chromas are usable only in League of Legends Classic. They are not interchangeable purchases. The collector’s-box page was marked retired when checked, so its old contents are not a promise that the box can still be ordered.
Patch 26.18 changes how Classic Skin Chromas are sold: they are combined with their associated Base Skin, which Riot will also grant to players who purchased only the chroma. That shared purchase route does not make the Classic chroma a separate modern Annie skin, and it does not mean the retired collector’s box is available again.
For the original Goth skin, Patch 10.3 documents a recolor of the base effects. That 2020 note refers to the original, not Goth Annie Modern.
Five older styles for narrower tastes
15. Annie in Wonderland deserves a post-update preview

Wonderland gives Annie a familiar blue dress and turns Tibbers into an alarming rabbit-costumed companion. The storybook reference is obvious, but the big teeth preserve the bear’s threat. Cafe Cuties has a more distinctive role for Tibbers, which is why Wonderland sits lower here.
Do not judge it solely from its original release-era presentation. Riot added effects to its kit, dance, and recall in Patch 10.3. Additional recall effects are not the same claim as an entirely new recall animation, but they make an old launch-only review incomplete.
16. Frostfire Annie is the simpler winter choice

Frostfire looks dressed for snow. The scarf, hat, fluffy boots, and white bear have a direct charm that Winterblessed’s armor lacks. It is the right winter comparison if you would rather have a polar-bear costume than a princess fantasy.
Riot’s 10.3 update records a recolor of the base effects for Frostfire. It offers different spell colors alongside the simpler costume.
17. Red Riding Annie keeps the fairy tale straightforward

Red Riding is a clear, pleasant costume: red hood, white apron, and a large bear close by. It preserves more of ordinary Tibbers than Wonderland does, which makes the pair less surprising.
Choose it if the hood is the part you love. Wonderland gives the bear a stronger role in its reference, and Cafe Cuties builds a more complete scene around both characters. Red Riding does not need an elaborate backstory to explain its appeal, but it offers less of a transformation.
18. Sweetheart Annie is an unapologetically pink option

Sweetheart is for the player who wants hearts everywhere. The curled hair, red-and-pink clothes, and heart decoration leave no doubt about the mood. Tibbers looks like an enormous pink plush gift rather than a machine or a horror prop.
Cafe Cuties gives the pink bear a job and a mustache, which makes it the more memorable comedy skin. Sweetheart is the softer alternative, closer to a Valentine’s gift than a character from a themed cafe. Pick it for that uncomplicated plush-toy charm.
19. Prom Queen Annie is carried by the top hat

Prom Queen’s best detail is Tibbers dressed for the occasion. The top hat, bow tie, and vest make the huge bear look absurdly formal. Annie’s green dress and tiara are comparatively modest.
Battle Princess uses an overdressed bear as a royal servant; Cafe Cuties makes him a butler. Prom Queen stops at formal clothes, so it is the least developed of the three concepts. The top hat is the reason to pick it.
Before spending RP or another currency
Keep three checks separate: do you like the design, do you like its in-game presentation, and can you obtain this exact skin through the current client or an official offer? A dated 1,350 RP PBE announcement answers none of today’s availability questions. Likewise, an old Mythic rotation or anniversary mission is history, not an active shopping route.
For the preview, watch Annie with her stun ready, cast her ordinary spells, then spend time looking at summoned Tibbers moving and attacking. The handheld toy and the full-size bear can sell different parts of a theme. Check both before choosing a skin mainly for its loading-screen image, and keep TFT Chibi finishers or Wild Rift showcases out of a PC League comparison.
